Description:
So, this started as a modification of vanilla for personal use. My initial idea was to set vanilla in the Renaissance era, but somehow the whole idea was twisted somewhere along the way (I blame beer), and it ended being more of a "Warhammer" kind of thing, factions, completely different from each other, fighting among themselves. It includes the economic modifications from Mustard&Biscuits, and some stuff from BOW.
Credits:
Fisheye, Hardcode, Talak, Luigi, RRRaptor64,theMageLord: for making BOW open source, and some items.
Kon_Air: for making modplosion open source, and some armor textures.
Diabelica and the Firearms Mod team: again, for making it open source, and a couple of textures.
Ursca, Ancientwanker and the TLD team for giving me permission to use a couple of their items.
The Pope: for many items, and for making the awesome Reinassance Mod back then, wich was the initial inspiration for this mod.
Raz: for letting me use his banners from Holy War.
Rayvenq: For making my banner.
Spong: for letting me use his textures.
I think that's everyone, but if I forgot someone please let me know.
NOTE: I have taken the liberty of using some helmets from ye olde Mag7 mod (the reinforced version of some vanilla helmets), the thing is, I can't remember who made them, and neither does Winter. So, whoever you are, if you are still out there in the community, pm please.
NOTE2: some of the textures I made suck, they are just placeholders
till I get something better (I'm talking about the ellis scutum and the ellis phalanx helmet, they need better textures badly).
NOTE3: Zweihanders are handled a bit different than common 2handers, this is not a bug. They are also not usable from horseback.
Suggestion are welcomed, specially about what should I turn the other factions into. Bug reports, etc too, of course.
I'm not too sure about where I'm going whit his mod, so I can't tell you what future versions will include, right now I'm thinking town sieges, but, again, suggestions are welcomed
Features:
Fief giving fix by Fisheye: dont wait for a fief offer, join the faction you want and you will recieve a fief as soon as you get 100 renown.
Sorted loot screen: more valuable loot will be on top, making picking loot a lot easier (should be working now).
Economic revamp from Mustard&Biscuits: Villages now produce more of certain goods, and improvements actually do stuff!! w00t!
Many new items from different sources.
Some other fixes and features from BOW.
